Hotel Policy

1. Arrival & Check-In

At Memphis Vitality Hotel, we combine personalized service with seamless self-check-in and room access technology to enhance your stay.

Smart Technology

  • Self-check-in is completed through your smartphone, and your room key is securely stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  • By booking, you consent to receive SMS updates related to your stay. Text “HELP” for support or “STOP” to opt out.
  • In-room landline phones are not provided; please use your personal device for all communication.
  • In case of emergency, dial 911 and notify our team at (901) 425-0600.

Guest Experience & Self Check-In

  • Room key is delivered digitally on the day of arrival upon completion of online check-in.
  • Check-in kiosks are available on-site and can print a physical keycard upon request.
  • 24/7 guest experience support is available, both in-person and at (937) 705-0100.

 Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

  • Early Check-In from 1:00 PM: $20 fee
  • Late Check-Out until 1:00 PM: $20 fee
  • Purchase through your check-in link or by texting Guest Experience at (901) 425-0600
  • Super Early Check-In from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM is available based on availability for a $40 fee. This can be requested by phone, text, or in person at the property.

Self Check-In / Check-Out Details

  • Secure online check-in link is sent 48 hours before arrival.
  • Government-issued ID, credit card and $100 security deposit is required.
  • Room access is granted via QR code sent to your phone.
  • Same-day bookings after 4 PM require immediate online check-in.
  • To check out, scan the QR code on your door or text (901) 425-0600 with “Checking Out.”

 Parking

  • Complimentary on-site parking in designated guest areas
  • Unauthorized vehicles will be towed

2. Room & Guest Policies

Age Policy

  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check in.

 Room Occupancy

  • Deluxe King & Deluxe King Accessible: Up to 3 guests
  • Deluxe Double Queen: Up to 4 guests
  • Children 12 and under stay free (within occupancy limits)
  • Extra adults incur a nightly fee
  • Violation of occupancy limits may result in additional charges or cancellation

 Maximum Length of Stay

  • Guests may not stay on the premises for more than 25 consecutive days
  • Memphis Vitality Hotel does not offer long-term accommodations.

 Pet Policy & Service Animals

  • Dogs only: $75 per stay for up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs)
  • Undeclared pets incur a $75 pet fee + $250 cleaning fee
  • Pets must be leashed/in carrier in public areas and never left unattended
  • Pet-related damages may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or reservation cancellation.
  • Certified ADA service animals are welcome at no charge

Food Delivery

  • Guests may use delivery services
  • Drivers must be met in the lobby (not permitted on guest floors)

 Package Deliveries

  • Must be addressed to reservation holder and delivered during stay dates
  • Unclaimed packages post-checkout will be returned to sender
  • Hotel not responsible for lost or mishandled packages

3. Financial Policies

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Rate w/ Breakfast:
    First night charged at booking; remainder 24 hrs before check-in. Cancel/change up to 24 hrs before check-in.
  • Non-Refundable Offer:
    Full charge within 24 hrs of booking. No changes/refunds.
  • 2+ Night Special (w/ Dinner):
    Same policy as Flexible Rate. 2-night minimum.
  • Last-Minute Bookings:
    Non-refundable if booked within 24 hrs of check-in.
  • No-Shows:
    At 11 AM the day after arrival, reservations that are No-Shows without prior communication are canceled without refund.
  • Cancellation Requests:
    Must be submitted in writing via email (info@memphisvitalityhotel.com) or text to (901) 425-0600

 Taxes & Fees

  • Tennessee Occupancy Tax: 7.25%
  • State Tax: 7%
  • City Tax: 4%
  • Memphis Tourism Fee: $2.00/night
  • Amenity Fee: $8.00 + 18.25% tax per room, per night will apply.

 Security Deposit

  • $100/stay hold collected at online check-in
  • Released post-checkout (1–3 business days)
  • Forfeiture may result from:
  • Noise complaints
  • Smoking violations
  • Exceeding occupancy
  • Property/linen damage
  • Missing items
  • Unauthorized filming
  • Other hotel policy violations

4. Hotel Amenities & Services

 Housekeeping

  • Daily Refresh Upon Request 9 AM to 3 PM:
  • Room tidying, replenishing toiletries, emptying trash, bed made with existing linens, and towel replacement (if towels are left on the floor).
  • Full Cleaning Upon Request 9 AM to 3 PM (every third day):
  • Full room service, bed linen change, bathroom deep-clean, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Requesting a Refresh or Full Clean:
  • Place the “Please Clean Up” sign on your door, or
  • Text the Guest Experience team at (901) 425-0600 with your request.

Breakfast

  • Complimentary continental breakfast: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • À la carte items available for purchase

 Restaurant & Bar

  • Breakfast: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Dinner & Bar: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Happy Hour: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Proper attire required; pets and outside food not permitted

 Pool Rules

  • Access is limited to registered hotel guests only
  • Pool is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the following schedule:
  • 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Adults only
  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Open to all
  • 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Adults only
  • Outdoor pool closed Nov 1 – Apr 30
  • No outside food/glassware, no pets, no horseplay
  • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times

 Fitness Center

  • Open 24/7 for registered guests

5. Property Rules & Conduct

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM property-wide to ensure a restful environment for all guests.

Smoking Policy

  • No smoking in rooms or indoor common areas
  • Cigarette smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas
  • Marijuana and other substances prohibited on property
  • Violations result in $250 cleaning fee + deposit forfeiture

 Gun-Free Property

  • Memphis Vitality Hotel is a gun-free property
  • Guests are not permitted to carry firearms anywhere on hotel premises, including guest rooms and public areas.
  • Please note: Armed security personnel may be present on-site for the safety of guests and staff.

Photography

  • Professional/commercial photography requires written approval
  • Unauthorized photography is prohibited

Guest Responsibility

  • Hotel is not responsible for lost/stolen items due to guest negligence
  • Guests are responsible for property damages
  • Guests must behave respectfully toward others and follow all hotel rules
