If a theater-style layout is preferred, the maximum number of guests is 900, with a stage placed at the back of the room and seating arranged in front. The capacity drops to 700 for a round-table setup, or to 352 guests for a classroom-style rectangular table arrangement. Lastly, for events similar to receptions, guests can be arranged in a wedding-style layout, allowing up to 845 guests.

The Thousand Oaks Ballroom

This is the second largest room, with 3,388 square feet, ideal for hosting medium-sized conferences. The configurations remain the same, but the guest capacity decreases:

  • 338 for reception-style seating
  • 376 for stage and seating
  • 282 for banquets
  • 141 for classroom-style rectangular tables

The Thousand Oaks Ballroom is one of the best options as it can also accommodate exhibition stands instead of traditional seating or tables, with a maximum of 21 stands. These are perfect for art or scientific exhibitions, religious seminars, or business dinners.

Perkins Meeting Room & Polar Meeting Room

The final two private rooms at the Memphis Vitality Hotel are quite similar: each offers 1,056 square feet of space for smaller events. In addition to the classic layouts, there is also the option to arrange guests in a U-shape, with a long table in the center and seating arranged around it. Each room divides into two sections—Poplar A and Poplar B—measuring 48 square meters each.
