Booking Policy

• Offer available exclusively to AAA, AARP members, and Senior Citizens. Valid ID or membership card is required at check-in.

• Same-day reservations are non-refundable.

• At the time of booking, your card will be charged for the first night of your reservation.

• The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours before check-in.

• You may cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of check-in) are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Taxes & Fees

• Tennessee Occupancy Tax: 7.25%

• State Tax: 7%

• City Tax: 4%

• Memphis Tourism Fee: $2.00 per night

Security Deposit

A $100 security deposit hold will be requested via a check-in link sent prior to arrival. This hold is released at check-out. Depending on your bank, the amount may take 1–3 business days to return to your account.
