Booking Policy

• Offer available exclusively to Government & Military personnel. Valid ID or membership card required at check-in.

• Same-day reservations are non-refundable.

• Upon booking, your card will be charged for the first night of your stay.

• The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours prior to check-in.

• Free cancellation or date changes up to 24 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of check-in) are charged in full and are non-refundable.

Taxes & Fees

• Tennessee Occupancy Tax: 7.25%

• State Tax: 7%

• City Tax: 4%

• Memphis Tourism Fee: $2.00 per night

Security Deposit

A $100 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in. You’ll receive a secure link to provide your card details. This hold will be released at check-out and typically returns to your account within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
